Know before your user writes in.
Flight Recorder watches the NEAR Intents orders your users ask about. Every 10 minutes it follows each one through all five hops, from public chain data, and tells you when something changes: an order stalls, is refunded, settles late, or its payout never lands. Each order has a dispute kit: the timeline, the evidence links and how each hop is known.
- Alerts on change only: a stuck order alerts once, not every check.
- Webhook to your support tool; the watchlist page shows every event.
- No keys, no custody: it only reads public data. Free during the pilot.

Paste the orders to watch: NEAR order accounts or NEAR transactions, one per line, up to 50. You get a private link to your watchlist; add or remove orders there any time. No account, no email.
Each alert is POSTed to the webhook as JSON: {"source":"flight-recorder","version":1,"event":{…}}. Until your pilot is set up, any order can still be traced with the checker or the Telegram bot.
