    The route

Five places your money can be

    1. 1

      Origin

The transaction on the chain you paid from, named by the bridge deposit or the bridge's own record of the address you paid.

    2. 2

      2 / 5 · proven

      Credit on NEAR

Your tokens minted inside intents.near, into an account made for this order. From here only 1Click can move them.

      Swap

The intent that exchanged what you sent for what you asked, solver by solver, with the app's referral tag.

      Withdrawal

The burn that sends the result out, with the destination address it names.

      Payout

The transfer on the destination chain, on 33 chains. When the bridge names its payout, we read that transaction there and see who sent it. Where we can search the history, we find the one that fits even with no bridge record. Where the bridge's indexer lags, its own contract on the destination can say it was paid.

    Three real orders

Public incidents from the NEAR Intents and 1Click issue trackers, traced live from chain data. Open one and the checker runs it for you.

Sources: near/intents #358 (since deleted; the trace is on chain), one-click-sdk-typescript #6 and #20.

    Stuck Bitcoin or Zcash

The bridge has a way back. Most people never find it.

A BTC or ZEC deposit the bridge never credited can be refunded through the bridge’s own contract, to the wallet it came from. Paste your transaction; we show where it stands and every step left.

    What proven means

    Proven
Both sides record the same key. The bridge deposit names the origin transaction; the NEAR receipts name the account, the token, the amount and the destination.
    Confirmed
The bridge names the payout transaction, and we read it on its own chain paying your address: the bridge's report, checked against that chain. This is how payouts are checked on 33 chains, from Bitcoin and Solana to TON, XRP and Starknet.
    Matched
No bridge record yet, so we search the destination's history (Ethereum, Optimism, Gnosis, Bitcoin, Solana and TRON) for the one transfer that fits the amount, less the bridge fee, and the time. PoA payouts come from a custodial wallet with no on-chain link back, so that is a match, not a proof.
    Recorded
The Omni bridge's indexer has not named the payout yet, but the bridge's own contract on the destination chain records the transfer as paid. It sets that mark only in a payout that checked the bridge's signature and paid the signed recipient.
    Shielded
A Zcash payout into a shielded pool: the transaction the bridge names is confirmed on Zcash and moved the withdrawal, less fees, into that pool.
    Unverified
A hop we could not check: a chain we cannot read yet (Movement, Aleo, Quantus, Fogo), or a source that did not answer. We say why instead of guessing.
    Stuck
Funds credited to the order account with no intent executed for over an hour. Most swaps settle in seconds.
    Refunded
The deposited token left the account without a swap. Status APIs sometimes report these as successes.
