If you sent BTC or ZEC into NEAR Intents and it never arrived, paste the transaction from your wallet. We check whether the bridge credited it, and if it did not, show the bridge’s own refund steps. The bridge can only send a refund back to the deposit’s refund address, normally the wallet you sent from.

Every refund request the Omni Bitcoin and Zcash bridges hold, read live from their contracts. “Ready” means the lock has passed and nobody has executed it. A stuck deposit nobody has asked to refund cannot be listed: nothing on chain ties it to the bridge until then.
